Fees
I agree to perform the above listed activities for the fee of $3.00 per entry plus expenses, payable in full upon day of show. An itemized invoice will be provided on the day of the show. Estimates can be provided upon request, as activities proceed. Should disputes arise, the club agrees to pay all legal fees of the secretary that may be incurred.
The club would be responsible for payment of motel (if any), mileage, parking for the day of show (if any), postage and printing costs (premium lists, catalogs, armbands, judges books). Advance payment of postage is required prior to each mailing (i.e.: submitting AKC reports, mailing premium lists and then again before mailing entry returns).
Based upon agreement with printer, prompt reimbursement of printing costs is required. Estimated printing costs can be provided once the "job" has been submitted to the printer. This helps to ensure the accuracy of the estimate. A club may choose to print its premium list or catalog. In these instances, a set-up fee would be charged for the design and organization of the pages to be printed and varies upon the number of pages to be formatted, etc. Estimates can be provided upon request, once information has been provided or number of entries is known.
